MINDFULNESS

We provide all our services with only one goal, providing piece to your life, sometimes this piece need many processes that go from anger to tears and from tears to introspection, here at Loud Stress we want you to find happiness by not only breaking or expressing anger but also by going within your mind, within with your spirit. The mindfulness practise has been a millenary practise that allocates humans in the present and relieve the agonies of worrying about the future thatn anxiety causes or overthinking about the past, also called depression.

Our mindfulness activities are based on the 11 practises from the positive psycologic programm:

    YOGA

    Yoga is our second option to cope with all the emotions you may have represed during those long days of exams, or those countless hours watching netflix after your SO (significant other) broke uo with you.

    Yoa help you by relieving and using the articulations of you body relieving all the intense stress that your body has represed and providing also a very calmed state were you are centered with your emotions and you are in synch. This activity will provide you with a calmed state of mind to keep going with your life as well as a very as very physically balanced body that you connect to .
