One of the ideal forms of coping with stress and anxiety is music. Music takes you to another world, to a very pleasant place were the musical notes and your brain waves just dance and slowly calm any restlessness that you may have.

Loud Stress created this service as one of our more recommended resources to cope with your stress as you beging to use our facilities. In our building we have a limited number of little rooms where you can play freely guitar, piano or ukulele with the advantage of having these rooms silences for private rehearsal. Our quiet room were it is only you and your instrument no one can hear you, but most importantly you cannot hear anyone else.

Our second option regarding the artistic section of our building Is musical lessons. Keeping your mind busy can help you stop overthinking of any of the situations you may have in your life that’s why our musical lessons will help you to learn something artistic while you project your emotions in art such as painting, playing an instrument or plastic arts.
